Thank you to all who are coming to the reunion.  Please read the following information for our reunion “weekend”.   

Friday night 7/16/2007:  “Meet and Greet” at Barley’s in the Old City 200 East Jackson Ave. Knoxville, TN 37915.  Come whenever you want to, we’ll probably start rolling in about 7:00 pm and will end whenever.  This is a Taproom & Pizzera so the dress is “casual”.  No kids.   THIS IS A FREE EVENT; HOWEVER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PURCHASES  HERE.  IF YOU HAVE NOT RSVP’D FOR THIS EVENT, YOU ARE STILL WELCOME. 

Saturday night 7/17/2007:  The “main event” reunion at Green Meadow Country Club 1700 Louisville Road Alcoa, TN 37701.  Please arrive between 6:30 and 7:00.  The food will be ready at 7:00 pm and event will end at 11:00pm.  The dress for this event is dressy casual.  No kids.  IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY PAID FOR THIS EVENT, WE ARE SORRY, BUT OUR VENUE WILL NOT ALLOW PAYMENTS AT THE DOOR. 

Bring:
1. Cash or debit/credit card for the Cash Bar
2. $5 or $5 check.  We will have a photographer at event.  She will be taking orders for CD’s of pictures of this event for $5.  She will be mailing the CD’s to you.     

Sunday night 7/18/2007:  The “family picnic” will be at Tellico Harbor Subdivision Clubhouse 2000 Cherokee Drive, Maryville, TN 37801.  Please arrive at 2:00, and the event will end at 6:00pm.  The dress for this event is casual.  Kids are welcome to this event.  THIS IS A FREE EVENT.  IF YOU HAVE NOT RSVP’D FOR THIS EVENT YOU ARE STILL WELCOME. 

Things to bring if you wish:
1.) Your food & drinks, if you want to bring your grill you are welcome to
2.) Camping fold out chairs
3.) Corn hole or any yard games
4.) Tailgate tent
5.) “Lake” items if you and your family would like to swim

Directions to Tellico Harbor Subdivision
(Starting from William Blount High School)
1.) Start out going southeast on William Blount Drive, toward Highway 411
2.) Turn right onto Highway 411 and proceed for approximately 12 miles, toward Vonore
3.) Turn left onto TN-72 (prior to crossing over Tellico Lake)
4.) Travel a little under 1 mile, before turning Right onto Shawnee, which is into Tellico Harbor Subdivision
5.) The entrance road then dead ends to a stop sign
6.) Turn right at the stop sign onto Cherokee Drive
7.) The clubhouse driveway entrance will be down the hill to the right at 2000 Cherokee Drive
8.) Park along the side of the road or at pull over area on the left past the driveway.  There is no available parking in the driveway.

The classmates who are working on this reunion include Erica (Greene) Smith, Kelly Jo (Bailes) Wallace, Drew Kimsey, Lynsey (Moore) Jackson, Lynsey Young, Brandi Stinnett, and Lori Herron.  If you have any questions one of us is happy to assist you.
